Saturday's Class at Mt. Hebron
I had the pleasure of visiting our Combination Class at Mt. Hebron Presbyterian Church this past Saturday. What an amazing group of children! I thoroughly enjoyed watching them learn and perform. Cheryl did a fabulous job teaching them the Drama Kids techniques and the students did a fantastic job performing the tasks given them. If you have a "Drama Kid" who would benefit from our classes, please go to www. dramakids.com/md1 to learn more about us and get your student registered, or feel free to give me a call at 410-480-2017 and I'll be happy to tell you more!

WHY STUDENTS LOVE DRAMA KIDS CLASSES!

In some parts of the world, such as Australia, where the program first began in 1979, former students are now enrolling their own children so that they too can experience the vibrance, nurturing and personal growth that Drama Kids brings to all students. This is a great compliment to the power of the program!
We are proud to have founded the world’s biggest provider of developmental drama classes in the world. Is this the reason why students love classes? Of course not! They love classes because at every studio, worldwide, the teacher makes each student feel welcome and valued. On the first day of attendance a new student is warmly welcomed and then introduced to a student whose task it is to be their special friend and ease the transition into class. Students love to feel that they are part of something special! They need to know they are valued, included, empowered and encouraged. Drama Kids classes provide endless opportunities for creative involvement with their teacher and with one another.
Because there is such a vast curriculum, students never have a chance to become bored. There is always something new and exciting coming up at next week’s lesson! At every level, students are encouraged to participate fully in all activities. Individual progress is regularly acknowledged. The learning environment is warm and inclusive, providing a safe place to be, to have fun, to learn new skills, and to become more confident and empowered. Developmental drama does not exclude performance! Students experience the joy of performing regularly for their peers, their parents and, finally, for a public audience at the end of each year. The year end productions give students a chance to perform and such involvement creates special memories for them, their parents and friends.
There are no auditions to attend Drama Kids classes. Every child has special qualities and abilities which will be discovered during attendance and participation in this acclaimed program. Quite possibly, one of the biggest reasons students love the program is because their teachers love the program and genuinely care about each and every student participating in it!

What is Lulu Bell from "The Cleanest Town In Texas" up to this summer?
+of+p1030859+(2).jpg)
Lulu Belle (aka Alexandra M.) was one of our actors in last year's performance. We caught up with her recenlty and found her enjoying one of her many favorite hobbies -- cake decorating! As with her acting, she is obviously very dedicated to a "job well done!"
